The search.ch Nokia OVI app is now available
Our phone book with the official, up-to-date data from Swisscom Directories AG.
- Telephone directory: find and store private-subscriber and business addresses plus addresses by business activity
- Public transport: stops and stations with departure times and timetables
- Weather: local forecasts featuring precipitation diagrams with five-day forecasts as well as text-based forecasts
- Languages supported: English, German, French and Italian
- For all Nokia devices running Symbian S60 5.0 or Symbian^3. Requires an internet connection
Update for Symbian3 Anna
If you recently updated your mobile phone's firmware you should also upgrade to the latest release of our app in order to fix problems with the latest Nokia software.

Telephone directory

- Our telephone directory is updated daily and has the details of more than 4.3 million private and business subscribers
- The location-aware search starts by showing the nearest addresses
- It's easy to transfer the addresses you find to your phone's address book. Alternatively, call the subscriber directly from our app
- The familiar tel.search.ch feedback bar tells you when you can stop typing or if you have mistyped
- Numbers of recent callers are listen and can easily be selected to look them up in the directory

Find the nearest public transport stop/station and the times of trains, trams, buses, boats, etc.
- You phone's GPS feature helps you quickly find the nearest stop/station
- The next ten nearest stops/stations are just a tap away
- Alternatively, find a stop/station by its name
- Every stop/station shows the times of the next trains, trams, buses, etc.
- Tapping on a means of transport displays its itinerary together with its times and stops/stations

Home screen integration
Our app can also be integrated in the start screen of your mobile phone. The name of the last unknown caller is shown as soon as an entry of the corresponding number is made in our phone book.
If you entered a place for the weather forecast, you immediately see the forecast for the current day. |
